NEW HAVEN, Conn (September 27, 2011) Post University women's soccer player Elin Nyman and volleyball player Belinda Snider have been named Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Rookies of the Week. It is the first time they have received the recognition.

Nyman had an outstanding week in her first three games as an Eagle by scoring five goals. She scored two goals each in the games against Felician and Chestnut Hill along with one goal against Molloy.  

Snider led the Eagles in their first two win this season after averaging 3.75 kills per game with a .312 attack percentage. Snider added 0.92 digs per set through three games. She had 18 kills in a win over Mercy and 17 in a victory against Philadelphia.

Senior setter Taylor Doyle earned CACC Honorable mention after averaging 8.67 assists and 2.42 digs per set last week.
